Great company with a great history (founded by Hewlett and Packard) and I was working with some awesome recruiters and senior recruitment leaders. I've learned a lot about working on a global level in a high-tech environment with demanding internal customers. I think my greatest achievement (IMHO) was turning around a reactive "post and pray" recruitment organization to a trusted, streamlined, proactive sourcing machine. As a result our TAT's and agency usage went down while hiring manager satisfaction went up from 5.8 to 7.8 in 2 years time.

Very steep learning curve as I was one of the first people in at a European level. Here I had to build a recruitment team for both the service centers of Finance Outsourcing and HR Outsourcing and recruiting the corporate structure across Europe. My greatest accomplishment was to build a solid process, strong recruitment capabilities, accurate reporting tools and managing very demanding businesses and managers in a 24/7 changing environment

Huge workload and huge fun factor - it was hard to leave my great team behind but Agilent offered more international exposure and more global projects.
